Here’s one way to slightly change the environment and create an opportunity to teach them to ask for assistance:

⭐️Give them a desired object in a container with a tight lid (that you know they cannot open without help)

Then wait to see what they do 👀

They will likely hand it to you for help and ✨this is your opportunity✨ to model language of what you would expect them to say, such as “help!”
